2006 wrapped up nicely for the Stevenson Vestal Turnkey Division with numerous Luxury Residential, Clubhouse and Model Home projects. Follow along on our expedition as we view eleven photographic highlights of these glorious interior spaces.
Harrington Altman Interiors, Luxury Lake House
This kitchen features a wrap-around countertop and Casual Roman Toppers with Tails over the sunny sink area.
In the stately green Dining Room, wood poles, skillfully mitered into the bay, support floral drapery panels.
The expansive Family Room European draperies on wood poles with rings frame the view of the lake and bring a human scale to the over-stuffed furniture beneath the lofty palladian windows.
Louis Tyler Creative Services, Clubhouse
Stevenson Vestal installers prepare an arched window opening for a custom cornice treatment. With all brackets in place and side panels hung, they have set the scene for the placement of the cornice.
A perfect fit! Note how the arch of the cornice follows the outline of the window frame exactly, thanks to the template created by the Stevenson Vestal Turnkey project manager.
The finished look of the arched cornice, complete with band embellishments and side panels held back by medallions.
Pulte Homes, models
Set the stage for a bath! This tub area wins the Tony Award with custom board-mounted panels, installed up to the cieling and tied back.
Terra cotta tones, offset by a green sofa, make for a soothing serenade in this Bedroom with a Stevenson Vestal fitted bedspread, square throw pillows and a C8 cornice and drapery panels at the window.
The view into this Study reveals a bay cornice and contrasting panels. Note that the cornice fits into a five-sided opening. Again, we can chalk up a snug custom fit to the professional skills of the SV Turnkey project manager.
The regular rhythms of sand-colored Open Box Pleated valances and drapery panels offer a grounding influence against the sky blue background in this Living Room.
Looking out across the balcony to the tall foyer, a custom cornice with attached swag and cascades gracefully frames the colorful view out into the front lawn. Notice the the swag folds appear to create a reflection of the half-round shape of the palladian window top.
