| The Expedition continues 2006 wrapped up nicely for the Stevenson Vestal Turnkey Division with numerous Luxury Residential, Clubhouse and Model Home projects. Follow along as we continue the expedition we began last month in Glorious Interiors, part 1 of 2. Here you go with eleven more photographic highlights of these glorious interior spaces. Pulte Homes, Model Home ![]() Red, a hue that exudes confidence and energy, powers the color scheme of this Sunroom. SV Salem Valances span quadruple-window openings, their shirred ends adding just the right touch of fussy detail to an otherwise tailored application of top treatment and panels. ![]() Summerfield Valances with Pinch Pleated Drapery side panels repeat the crimson theme of the nearby Sunroom in this Family Room design. The repeating pattern of horn and scallop of this valance style also works well on a wide expanse. Pulte Homes, Clubhouse ![]() Custom inverted box pleats, snapped into alignment with trim features thanks to the careful measurements of the SV Turnkey team, lend an air of inevitability to this Shelbourne Valanace variation. Top treatment and side panels frame the grand entrance into the lobby area of this clubhouse. ![]() Meanwhile, looking across to the seating area of the same lobby, a similar valance and draperies mirrors the front entrance. Notice that the floral fabric, which might appear busy in other settings, here adds color and warmth to this otherwise subdued and serene interior. And now to answer that age-old question: How can I treat that pesky little side window? How about a simple inside-mounted Soft Fold Roman Topper!Louis Tyler Creative Services, Model Home ![]() Stevenson Vestal bed and window coverings pair up for a one-two design punch. Here and in the next photo the designer has chosen contrasting fabrics to give separate identities to bedding and window treatments. The neat folds of a Leg Wrapped Swag stretch across a double window. ![]() Custom Swags with straight gathered cascades in a corner window area make a formal backdrop for a poster bed with an SV quilted bedspread. ![]() Custom diamond fabric placement on this C1 Cornice with drapery panels add some geometric pizazz to a shower area. ![]() Breakfast at any time of the day will taste good at this table in front of two double windows, treated with one custom swag design. Panels left, right and center, swags of varying dimensions and leg wrapped swags to cap off each end make this a one-of-kind design feast. ![]() The Den window treatments and furniture in this photo and the next feature the warmth of copper colored fabrics. Here, oversize gommets weave and bob through a decorative metal pole in SV Contemporary Grommet Draperies. ![]() On the adjoining wall in the same Den a custom swag valance fits snuggly over an SV custom window seat cushion. OK, why don't you sit down and relax here for a while! Have camera, will travel. We have several photo expeditions planned for 2007 so look for more finished site photos in future articles. In the meantime, you could peek back at last month's Glorious Interiors, part 1 of 2, or you could revisit our previous expedition through two models homes in our May 2006 feature: Tour of an Idealized World. See you at the next walk-through! |
