The SVI team now serves Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia and North Carolina.
Soaking up the SkillsOur installers all receive rigorous and ongoing training that starts (but does not end) on the "Installer Wall", a work space we've built for them to practice and hone their technical skills. Even our newly hired installers who come to us with many years of experience receive training on our methods and practices and learn the "SVI way" of doing things.

Our training doesn't stop with technical skills. We consider technical training a necessary prerequisite to learning the all-important set of presentation skills. We know your clients need to have a high level of comfort and trust when dealing with our installation professionals so we train them carefully on diplomacy, installation etiqutette and best practices.
Mentoring for Success
But of course we must carry our installers beyond "classroom" time. All our installers engage in job shadowing and receive on-the-job mentoring from experienced SVI master installers.
