"Shelbourne, Ahoy"
Let your imagination set sail with this month's Eye-catcher, a jaunty Shelbourne valance with a nautical theme. Three embellishments add splash to the sea-going fabric pattern: top cord, a band along the bottom and contrast fabric in the pleats.

The Lancaster valance has headers that "spring up" above the top board.
Fabric placement always plays an important role in creating a finished custom valance. Notice the repetition of the identical fabric pattern on the face of each pleat.
