Zig-zagging Away the Bulk
Adding Quality and Eliminating Bulk.
Our swag patterns, with their zig-zag profile, allow us to eliminate most of the bulk going over the top of a swag board. In addition, when you chose to interline, we stop the flannel interlining fabric below the zig-zags, as shown here.

Work Leader Diane Adams points to the place where the flannel interlining stops, behind the face fabric.
Give Me Some Lip. Another important feature of SV board swag products also helps with bulk: We use a board lip along the front of the board. For heavier fabrics we will even build up the lip in the "throat" (central top) area of the swag to offset the bulk in the fold areas.
