Installer Praises "Bomb-proof" Rollease
SVI Installer David Tobin says "Rollease is the best option. It's 'bomb-proof'. I go over the 3 basic options for shade lifting with each client: cord cleat, cord lock and Rollease. People mostly want to know if the cord will show on the front of the shade or how to keep it from peeking out underneath. Front load option seems unpopular because of having a white cord hanging in front of the shade."

How do you get an endless cord started? SV Shade artisan Susan Rumsey shows how a loop cord slips into the Rollease clutch mechanism.
Why'd you fasten that thing down? The law requires that our installers provide the wall pulley that secures the loop cord in place. This law has the intention of preventing children or foolish grown-ups from coming into harms way with loops of cord. Safety first!
