How Do We Spell Quality? W-E A-S-K Y-O-U!
In a Custom Business, You Help Us Measure Quality. At Stevenson Vestal we track your feedback for any product that might not meet your expectations. In each case we determine the source of the problem. In this way we measure quality for each of our workroom departments.

Marlece Garrett and the Bedding Department proudly claimed the coveted SV Quality Award for the 3rd quarter of 2005. Marlece attributes this success to "working hard and staying focused."
The Envelope, Please...Bedding Department Earns 1.22% Quality Rating and 3rd Quarter Award. We set a goal of 0% "Complaints" for each workroom department. This past quarter, the Bedding Department came closest to that lofty goal with a 1.22% rating. This means that 98.78% of sales dollars completed in that department resulted in satisfied customers, as measured by you.
