Meet Lynette Whitt, Stevenson Vestal's new Account Development Co-ordinatorStevenson Vestal proudly welcomes Lynette Whitt, Account Development Co-ordinator, to our organization. Lynette’s primary responsibility is to reach out and better understand the needs of our customers as well as assist with the orientation of new accounts.
As our company has grown in the last several years, we have searched for new ways to better communicate and to consistently improve our services. Until you are familiar with how we operate, Lynette will guide you through the process, ensuring that we understand your needs and that we deliver a high quality product in a timely manner. If you are an existing customer look for Lynette to contact you soon to see how we can improve our relationship with you.
While the technical expertise of your Customer Service Representative remains constant Lynette will be an added resource to lean upon with each and every project. Your CSR will be the key source of information about the more technical aspects of your product. They will provide the same consistent level of service you have seen in the past. Lynette’s role with existing accounts is to better communicate issues such as your status letter, special needs, and a point source for questions. With this new concept we are confident that Stevenson Vestal will provide “Level 10” service for all of our customers nationwide.
Expect Lynette to proactively contact you in our new quest to understand how we can better serve you. We know her warm personality will be appreciated. In the event you have questions about our Turnkey project management division, or our Installation services in both Northern Virginia and North Carolina Lynette will be glad to assist you.
Ms. Whitt comes to us highly qualified in Sales and Customer Service. She lives in nearby Mebane, NC with her husband and their two young children. Come out and say "Hi" to Lynette at our upcoming trade shows in Knoxville and Atlanta or just listen for her friendly voice on your phone in the coming months.
