Your quote requests are turned into detailed labor and yardage quotes, usually same day or by the next business morning. Questions on orders are sent to you promptly via our faxed or emailed Q&A reports. And your CSR is always ready to give you feasibility advice and design affirmation. Your CSR, while not a designer herself, sees so many products and designs come through the workroom that she simply knows what works and what doesn't. This knowledge will prove invaluable to you.
