On the front and back of the Catalog, pictured below, you can see that we've freshened up the 'ABCDFSV' cover (see our earlier blog post about the designer’s palette of custom products HERE) for an effective and intuitive way of understanding our product families available to you, from A to V!
On the next page, you’ll find general guidelines for the ordering process and care statements for custom soft goods. The table of contents on pg. 1 breaks down the product families within our Catalog. From accessories, bedding and upholstery, to window treatments, there are TONS of options for you to choose from to complete your dream design.
You can find information about our quality linings and shipping, along with our signature Workroom Form, in the last two pages of our catalog. Learn more about our Workroom Form HERE!
You’ll notice that our Workroom Form states “We will use SV Price Catalog Specifications unless indicated otherwise”. You can find these specifications at the top of each page in our catalog, listed underneath the product family as “Shared Specifications”.
For example, looking at pleated draperies...we require you to specify the finished length and number of widths, or face widths for the order. However, unless you specify otherwise, the drapery order will automatically include a 3.5” projection and overlap. If you’d prefer a different measurement, just specify! Moving on to a BIG announcement for our shade products!
Please note that all of our lift systems are in compliance with the latest ANSI/WCMA safety standards and include sheathed lift cords. However, we’ve still had many requests for a lift mechanism without a loop or pull cord on the side of the shade.
So, we’re excited to announce we’ll be offering a Cordless Control Roller Lift System in 2019!
The spring lift system enables simple adjustments, cord free. To operate, gently pull the shade down to your preferred length. To raise the shade, lightly tug along the bottom and allow it to rise back up to the top. There are some weight and style limitations, so please make yourself aware of these on page 13, or ask your CSR if you have any questions.
You can also print your digital PDF (or ask your CSR for assistance) on just 10 pages total, front and back, for easy access away from your computer or tablet.
