A Touch Of Rome

Pleated Hem Roman Shades are a type of window treatment that have been around for centuries. They are named after the ancient Romans, who used similar shades in their homes over 2000 years ago.

Roman shades are made of fabric folds that stack up horizontally when raised. Stevenson Vestal's shades can be raised or lowered by using a chain loop or a spring or crank mechanism.

Designer: Lauren Maroney, Ethan Allen-Sterling VA, @lauren.maroney.designer

The windows are dressed with cream-toned Roman shades featuring a subtle damask pattern, mounted above standard white horizontal blinds to enhance the room's perimeter.
