Layering Light

The Pinch Pleated Draperies in this Living Room are a great example of how to layer draperies and blinds to achieve both privacy and style.

Layering draperies and blinds can add depth and dimension to your windows. They are also a good option for rooms with multiple windows, as they can be easily adjusted to control the light in different parts of the room.

Designer: Lauren Maroney, Ethan Allen-Sterling VA @lauren.maroney.designer

A large, lush artificial indoor tree adds vertical interest and a touch of greenery to the corner.
A combination of horizontal white blinds for light control and floor-length grey drapery for aesthetic framing.
The grey curtains are mounted on thick, dark decorative rods with substantial circular finials.
