What is the orange key on my shade headrail?
Here's an important message for those of you who have purchased our Vako Spring Shade Lift System.
After your shade is installed, you will find an orange key located in the headrail that will need to be removed before attempting to lower the shade. To remove the key, simply place a screwdriver in the key hole, hold firmly on both sides of the screwdriver and pull straight down to release the key.
