Stringing a Roman Shade for a Vako Chain Life System

May 2 2025 | By: Tammy Thompson

Share

Our artisan Monika is stringing a Roman Shade using our E-Loops and a Vako Chain Lift System. The E-Loop is a unique technology system found only in Stevenson Vestal shades.

To see how the E-Loops are attached, please view the video "Stringing a Roman Shade for a Rollase Clutch."

Our E-Loops are very small and almost invisible to the eye vs the spot tackedring on the back of the shade we used in the past. With the spot tacked ring on the back of the shade, you could see a bulky knot of thread on the front of each shade. Which when the shade was lowered, you could see every knot very clear. With the E-Loops, you can hardly see them at all when lowered.
