Why do you assign one CSR to me? 

We want to foster a genuine human relationship with you because we care about our customers. In a world where everything is becoming automated, we believe that real human-to-human connections are more important than ever.

That’s why we assign you your own personal Customer Service Representative.


 How does personal service help?

Each time you call, you will always hear a familiar voice on the phone, ready to engage in a friendly and focused conversation about your latest Quote request, design choices, or ship date status.

Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) will respond to your written request with formal quotes that include pricing and yardage details. Most quotes are returned within 24 hours, with some being provided on the same day, often within just a few hours.

Additionally, your CSR will inform you of any questions, concerns, shortages, or any incomplete information regarding your work order using our Q&A form.


Can I call and have my CSR talk me through a challenge or confusion?

Yes! Your customer service representative is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, and is ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

As your dedicated representative, she acts as your personal project manager, providing support at every stage of your project. She serves as your eyes and ears in our workroom and can take photos to address any fabric concerns.

Her commitment is to ensure that you have a smooth and efficient experience every time. She will be your main point of contact for any issues that arise, as well as for discussions about orders, quotes, and inquiries regarding fabrics and trims.


Your personal Customer Service Representative (CSR) will guide you through our proven process designed to ensure a seamless experience behind the scenes, enhancing your interaction with us. This includes our automated email updates, known as Status Letters, which feature colorful icons and product illustrations to keep you informed in an intuitive and visual manner.

Additionally, we send automated notifications when Materials are Received. These messages indicate whether the materials are matched to a quote, matched to an order, or remain unmatched. If you receive a notification for unmatched materials, there's no need to worry— a response is only required for those unmatched items.
