A Finishing Detail with Design Impact

Sometimes one carefully placed fabric is all it takes to bring a bedroom together.

A custom bed runner gives designers an opportunity to introduce pattern, color, and texture without making the entire bed the focal point.

In this bedroom, the botanical fabric creates a beautiful contrast against the soft blue bed spread. Used as a runner across the foot of the bed, the print has enough presence to make an impact while allowing the other elements in the room to remain quiet and balanced.

A Smart Way to Feature a Special Fabric

There are fabrics you want to use throughout a room—and then there are fabrics that are most effective in just the right amount.

A bed runner can be an ideal solution.

It gives designers a defined area to showcase a print while coordinating it with other elements in the room. The fabric might relate to custom pillows, window treatments, upholstery, or simply introduce a new pattern that completes the overall palette.

It is also an effective way to add another custom layer to existing bedding without designing an entirely new bed ensemble.

Made for the Bed. Made for the Design.

Proportion matters.

Because a bed runner is custom fabricated, the finished dimensions can be specified for the particular bed and the look the designer wants to achieve. Fabric placement, pattern, scale, and the relationship between the runner and the bedding all become part of the finished presentation.

That attention to detail is what turns a piece of fabric into an intentional part of the room.
